You can Convert QuickBooks Desktop To Online easily. This is for QuickBooks Desktop Pro or Premier.
Log in as an admin to the company file you require to import. Go to Company, then hit Export Company File to QuickBooks Online > Start your export. Log in to QuickBooks Online company as the administrator. Choose the QuickBooks Online company you want to replace with your company file & pick Continue. If you track QuickBooks Desktop inventory: Select Yes to bring them across, then specify the as of date. Pick No if you want to add items later in QuickBooks Online. Replace after typing Agree. Choose Yes and replace the data, then select Replace.
